TOOTHPASTE SILICAS :
Our TS precipitated silicas are specially developed for different toothpaste formulations , such as : clear gel , opaque , smokers , whitening , therapeutic , striped and gel for children .
TS grades include thickening and abrasive agents which have an excellent fluoride compatibility other properties .
TS DS-60 : is an abrasive agent with good polishing effect and refractive index that provides excellent clarity and transparency in gel toothpastes .
In addition , it offers aging resistance and good compatibility with other ingredients .
TS DS-100 : is a synthetic silica with superior abrasive power and compatibility with other ingredients .
Its RDA value makes it suitable for those toothpaste formulations which demands high polishing level.
TS DS-230 : is a thickening agent of high structure ; which offers excellent properties to toothpaste formulations as viscosity control , stability during storage , good compatibility with active ingredients and high transparency .
EDIBLE SILICAS :
EDIBLE SILICAS precipitated silicas and synthetic silicates are widely used as free flowing , carrier and anti caking agents with many fields of applications in food , animal feed , chemicals and pharmaceutical industry .
ES PS-200 : is a synthetic silica used as free flowing and anticaking agent due to its reduced particle size and hygroscope nature. It guarantees the flow ability of the product and storage stability .
ES PS-250 : is a precipitated silica with a fine particle size and high absorption capacity which makes it suitable for handling liquids . it is specially used when higher absorption capacity is required .
ES PS-300 : is an excellent free flowing and anticaking agent due to it absorbs high moisture quantities developing product flow ability . it has a wide range of applications that includes non-dairy products , cheese , spices and seasonings , among many others.
ES AS-70 A : is a synthetic sodium aluminum silicate with alkaline PH used as free flowing aid . it has the property to cover the individual product particle and diminishes the contact area between them .
ES AS-100 A : is a synthetic sodium aluminum silicate specially designed to be used as anticaking additive for those applications which demands neutral PH .
DYES SILICAS :
DYES SILICAS grades include special precipitated silicas and silicates aimed to the Paint and Coating Industry . They can be used as titanium dioxide partial replacement , thickening/thixotropic additive and matting agents in decorative, enamel and emulsion paints , printing inks, solvent based coatings , resins, gel coats , adhesives, sealants , traffic paints and lacquers .
DS AS-150 : is a synthetic silicate with a very fine particle size , a medium oil absorption and excellent whiteness. It is designed to act as partial replacement of titanium dioxide in decorative and emulsion paints. Its properties allow to improve and enhance hiding power , abrasion resistance , also provides better stability in storage , UV protection and settling control .
DS GS-300 : is a precipitated silica used as thickening agent and rheological additive in coatings, resins, sealants, adhesive systems among others .In addition DS GS-300 enhances thixotropic index in coatings due to its large surface area and high oil absorption capacity .
DS GS 3000 : is an advanced performance silica developed to work as partial replacement of fumed silicas . due to its controlled particle size and high structure , this grade offers rheology and thixotropy control in liquid systems , binders , polymers and wide range of applications .
DS MS-300 : is a synthetic silica used as matting agent whitout surface treatment, which provides a flat effect on applied film with soft texture and excellent appearance . DS MS-300's particles form a micro-rough surface on the dry film, when solvents evaporate, reducing the film thickness , which disperses light rays on the surface of coatings . products are functional reinforcing fillers that provide excellent performance and processing properties to mechanical and technical rubber goods.These products can be found in wide range of surface areas according to application needs.
RS_50 : is a synthetic silica which provides excellent processing properties and fast incorporation to rubber compound. It acts as an excellent reinforcing filler for extruded and injection molded goods providing high elasticity and dynamic properties.
RS-150 : is a precipitated silica which offers a high abrasion resistance, tear strength and hardness in mechanical rubber goods. It gives excellent bonding to steel cords and textile yarns .
RS-200 : gives a high abrasion resistance, tear strength and hardness in mechanical rubber goods. Its particle size allows to manufacture translucent rubber goods.
RS-250 : is an ultra-high reinforcing silica designed to meet the highest mechanical and technical properties required for mechanical rubber goods . its principal applications are conveyor belts, wheels, panels, valves, rubber rollers, among others.
AS-70 : is a synthetic sodium aluminum silicate used as semi-reinforcement filler in the rubber industry, which provides a wide range of elastomeric properties. It is recommended to white rubber goods as partial substitute of TiO2.
AS-100 : is a synthetic sodium aluminum silicate with neutral PH specially designed to be used as reinforcement filler in rubber applications, such as : footwear, wire and cable, belts, rollers hoses and flooring material.
